We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within Tamilnadu is FREE.  We charge minimum amount ( Fixed / Percentage) for shipping to other states. 

Shipping times may vary. The usual standard delivery time is between 2 to 15 working days. You can track your order by login into myrealcare.com/my-account and under Orders section for each shipping times.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to  Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. This information will also be available under My Orders section.
